Pada Jumat (18/10/2024), tepatnya di Gedung Aula Sekolah Pascasarjana Lantai 3 Universitas Andalas, Padang, Sumatra Barat, dilaksanakan malam puncak Public Health Ambassador (PHA) 2024. Kegiatan tersebut berupa pengumuman yang menjadi pemenang dari seleksi para peserta PHA yang sebelumnya telah dilaksanakan. Malam puncak PHA dilaksanakan bersamaan dengan acara Public Health Day (PHD) 2024.
Kegiatan dimulai dengan rangkaian acara formal serta penampilan bakat dari mahasiswa baru dan dilanjutkan dengan acara inti. Acara inti diawali dengan lastwalk dan penyampaian kesan pesan dari pemenang PHA 2023. Setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan catwalk finalis PHA 2024 yang disusul juga dengan pengumuman pemenang. Hanif Mujahid Wahindra Witono, salah satu Uda PHA FKM 2024, melalui wawancaranya mengungkapkan rasa bahagia dan juga menyebut hal ini merupakan amanah baru yang akan dijalankan dengan sebaik-baiknya.
“…saya pribadi campur aduk, ya. Ada senangnya dan ada juga ngerasa ini merupakan amanah baru, tanggung jawab baru. Ya insyaAllah harus dijalankan dengan ikhlas dan sebaik-baiknya,” ujar Hanif.
Adinda Putri Yuska, mengungkapkan harapannya setelah mengemban peran Uni PHA FKM UNAND 2024 adalah agar nama FKM bisa lebih dikenal lagi dan juga akan menjadi pandangan dari mahasiswa di FKM UNAND.
“…. aku sebagai Uni FKM itu berharap nama FKM bisa lebih terkenal lagi kedepannya di Universitas Andalas dan juga bisa menjadi pandangan ataupun menjadi harapan bagi orang lain di FKM,” ungkap Adinda.
Hanif Mujahid Wahindra Witono juga turut mengungkapan harapannya yang juga mengharapakan nama FKM bisa melejit lebih baik lagi dan Uda-Uni PHA FKM bisa menjadi representasi bagi FKM kedepannya.
“…. harapannya, dengan amanah ini, menjadikan sama dengan yang disampaikan oleh Uni FKM tadi, bahwa kita bisa melejit lebih baik dan lebih dipandang. Juga aku berharap semoga kami bisa menjalankan amanah ini dengan sebaik-baiknya, bisa menjadi representatif yang baik bagi FKM kedepannya,” tambah Hanif.
Dengan visi yang jelas dan semangat yang besar, Uda-Uni PHA FKM UNAND 2024 siap mengemban tanggung jawab sebagai perwakilan fakultas dan membawa nama fakultas ke tingkat yang lebih luas. Kemenangan ini bukan hanya pencapaian pribadi, tetapi juga inspirasi bagi seluruh mahasiswa untuk terus berperan aktif dalam memajukan nama fakultas. Seluruh masyarakat FKM UNAND berharap dan yakin, duta terpilih akan menjadi sosok teladan yang mampu mendorong perubahan positif di lingkungan kampus maupun masyarakat.
